If you accidentally return a final sale Thrift purchase in your Nuuly, it is automatically laundered, inspected, repaired and recirculated back into our assortment for others to rent or buy, and cannot be shipped back to you.

You will be refunded the purchase price and charged a $20 rental fee. You can always repurchase the item if available.

If you pause or cancel your subscription before filling your next Nuuly, your Thrift Shop purchase will be automatically cancelled.

Your purchase was cancelled for either of these three reasons:

1. You did not order your next Nuuly within 45 days

2. We could not fulfill your order

3. You paused or cancelled your subscription
