You can save one shipping address to your account at a time. If you need to update it, you can do so here or in the Profile section of My Account .

Please note: we are not able to ship outside of the United States, to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses.

We don't currently offer overnight shipping. Once your order is placed, you can expect up to two business days for processing and up to three business days for delivery.

All Nuuly orders ship via UPS on business days (Monday through Friday). Once your order is placed, you can expect up to two business days for processing, and up to three business days for delivery. Orders are shipped, except for certain oversized items, in a reusable Nuuly bag. We are not currently able to ship outside of the United States or to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

To track your delivery or return, find the tracking number included in your shipment confirmation email or in My Nuuly History .

Delivery Tip: Download UPS My Choice (it’s free!) to track your Nuuly, leave delivery instructions, or redirect to a UPS access point.

Returning Tip: After returning your Nuuly, tap Check My Return within My Nuuly to confirm drop-off right away. We'll also notify you as soon as UPS scans your return so you can unlock your next Nuuly or confirm your pause or cancellation.

UPS sometimes reports a Nuuly as delivered when it's still in transit. Your Nuuly should arrive within 48 hours. If it hasn’t, contact us .

We ship all orders via UPS to customers within the United States. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, to US territories, or anywhere outside of the United States.

If you lost the original label, you can reprint it anytime from My Nuuly History . FYI: shipping labels expire after three months. Contact us if you have further questions.

If you forgot to return an item, contact us right away and we'll help you take care of it. We'll also send you a notification as soon as we process your return to let you know it is missing an item. If an item is not returned back to our distribution center, we will charge your card on file for the cost of that item.

If you ordered your Nuuly to the wrong address, please contact us immediately. There is only a small window of time to update the shipping address before your order is processed.
