You can return your Nuuly on your schedule.

• Before Your Billing Date – Want fresh picks? Return your Nuuly before your billing date, then use Unlock Early to pick 6+ new items.

• On Your Billing Date – Virgo energy? Return your Nuuly by your billing date + use Check My Return to unlock your next one within minutes.

• After Your Billing Date – Loving this month's picks? Keep them as long as you like. We charge you once a month on your billing date but never add late fees.

Whatever you choose, we'll notify you when it's time to Nuuly again and you can find your subscription billing date in My Account .

No, all unpurchased items need to be returned at the end of your rental period.

If you want to hang on to an item longer, you can always keep your entire Nuuly for extra time, return and rent that item again in your next box, or purchase it if you’ve fallen in love.

Our Returns team checks each and every item to make sure only our Nuuly items are put back into stock. If you realize you've accidentally returned a personal item, please contact us right away so we can notify the team. If we don't hear from you about a personal item after 30 days, it will be donated.

If an item is not returned back to our distribution center, we will charge your credit card on file for the cost of that item.

Our reusable Nuuly bags are designed to fit at least six items. If you're having problems getting your Nuuly items into the bag, get in touch with Customer Support and they'll help.

If you returned your items, but your Nuuly hasn’t unlocked, there are 2 possible reasons why:

1. Your billing date hasn’t passed yet. You can check your billing date in My Account . If that's you, you can always Unlock Early + move your billing date up so you can order ASAP.

2. Your return hasn’t been processed by UPS yet and might need a little more time. To check your return status and unlock your next Nuuly faster, tap Check My Return in My Nuuly.

Check My Return allows you to unlock your next Nuuly within minutes of dropping your return off at UPS!

Here’s how it works: drop your Nuuly off at UPS and ask for a receipt to be sure your return is scanned. Wait about 5 minutes, tap Check My Return in My Nuuly and presto! You're ready to Nuuly all over again.

If you've returned your Nuuly before your billing date and don't want to wait to order again, you can Unlock Early. This means paying your subscription fee a little ahead of time to unlock and start filling your next Nuuly.

If you lost the original label, you can reprint it anytime from My Nuuly History . FYI: shipping labels expire after three months. Contact us if you have further questions.
