Subscription + Billing

Your card on file will be charged $98, plus sales tax where applicable, on the day and time of your initial subscription. This is a recurring monthly subscription charge. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th of the month, your card will automatically be charged on the 15th of every month going forward. Your billing date is the day we process your payment each month.

We're not able to change or move your billing date once you've subscribed. But you can choose to Unlock Early or you can pause your Nuuly whenever you need for more flexibility.

There are no additional late, damage or shipping fees—it's all included. The only additional amount you'll be charged, unless you choose to purchase items, is sales tax where applicable.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Nuuly gift cards for any transaction. However, we are unable to accept PayPal or ApplePay at this time.

Purchases cannot be split between payment methods, unless you have a Nuuly gift card on your account. In that case, our system will automatically use the gift card first and any remaining balance will then be charged to the credit card on file.

You are able to save one credit card within your account at a time. If you need to update it, head to the Billing section in My Account, select "Edit" next to the current credit card and enter your new credit card information. Our system will then confirm and save it within your account.

To see all of your past receipts from your purchases and subscriptions, head over to the Payments section of My Account. Next to each line item, you will be able to view the receipt associated with it.

Yes. It's easy, free and we'll save your profile, your closet, and any referral rewards you've earned. You can pause your subscription for 1, 2 or 3 months and you can extend it on a month-to-month basis.

To pause your subscription when you don't have a Nuuly at home: Select Pause Subscription within the Subscription section of My Account, choose a pause length of 1, 2 or 3 months and that's it, you're done.

To pause your subscription when you still have a Nuuly at home: Send back any unpurchased items before your billing date. Then select Pause Subscription within the Subscription section of My Account and choose a pause length of 1, 2 or 3 months. Your pause won't take effect until UPS scans your return. To get your return scanned on the spot, return your Nuuly to UPS and ask for a receipt. You can check if your Nuuly was scanned and confirm your pause ASAP by tapping Check My Return in My Nuuly .

Once your pause is over, your subscription will resume on your billing date. If you unpause early, your billing date will move to the day you unpause and your payment method on file will immediately be charged. (but don't worry, we'll let you know all of that when it happens).

If you're not sure you're ready to make things permanent, try pausing instead. Pausing is easy: it's free, you can pause for 1, 2 or 3 months and you can extend your pause on a month-to-month basis. When you cancel, your rewards disappear. When you pause, you'll keep any referral rewards you've earned and we'll save your profile and closet.

To cancel your subscription when you don't have a Nuuly at home: Select Cancel Subscription within My Account and that's it, you're done. We'll miss you and hope to see you again.

To cancel your subscription when you still have a Nuuly at home: Send back any unpurchased items before your billing date. Then select Cancel Subscription within My Account. Yes! Unlock Early allows you to make your Nuuly more flexible by instantly ordering a new Nuuly—once you’ve returned your items—by paying your $98 subscription fee earlier.

First, you have to return your unpurchased items to us. As soon as UPS scans your return, you'll receive a notification and magically see Unlock My Nuuly Now buttons appear on all product pages, as well as a link within My Nuuly. If you choose the Unlock Now option, you will be asked to confirm early payment of the subscription fee before we unlock your Nuuly. Once you do, your card on file will immediately be charged and your Nuuly will instantly unlock. That day becomes your new billing date.

It's the subscription fee—$98 a month, plus applicable taxes—you're just moving up the date that you pay it.

When you Confirm Payment, your card on file will be charged immediately. You can view the receipt under My Nuuly History in My Account.
