Pausing + Cancelling
How do I pause my subscription?
Pausing is easy: you can do it anytime and we save all of your rewards, favorites in your closet, discounts and preferences. Also, if you’re a student, your SheerID discount verification will stay active.
How to pause without a Nuuly at home:
- Head to the Subscription section of My Account , and select Pause Subscription. Answer a few questions + choose your desired pause length (1, 2 or 3 months).
How to pause with a Nuuly at home:
- Head to the Subscription section of My Account , and select Pause Subscription. Answer a few questions + choose your desired pause length (1, 2 or 3 months).
- Return any unpurchased items before your billing to avoid another month’s subscription charge.
Note: Your pause won’t activate until UPS scans your return. To speed up this process, ask UPS for a receipt when you return your Nuuly and then tap Check My Return for confirmation.
Once your pause is over, your subscription will resume on your billing date. If you unpause early, your billing date will move to the day you unpause and your payment method on file will immediately be charged (but don't worry, we'll let you know all of that when it happens).
