At this time, we offer e-gift cards only. If you’d like to print the gift card, you can find the link to the gift card page from the receipt in your email.

You can use your Nuuly gift card toward your monthly subscription, bonus items or purchases.

If you add your gift card to My Account, it’ll be automatically used for your next subscription fee. If you want to use it for an item purchase or bonus item, enter your gift code during checkout.

Promo codes cannot be applied to Nuuly gift card purchases.

You've got options when it comes to giving your Nuuly gift card:

• Email it: You’ll have the option to email the gift to yourself or directly to your recipient. You can either send it ASAP or schedule it.

• Share it: We'll send you a unique gift card link that you can pop into a text with your recipient whenever you're ready.

• Print it: If you're more of a traditionalist, you can print out the gift card page and hand-deliver it. Old-school, we like it.

No, Nuuly gift cards are non-refundable.

There are three main ways to redeem your gift:

1. For Subscriptions: Head to Payments + Receipts and select ‘Add a Gift Card’. From there, just enter your gift code and hit submit. Once redeemed, your gift balance will automatically apply to future transactions (your subscription fee, bonus items and purchases).

2. For Bonus Items: You can apply your gift directly towards bonus items when you request your next Nuuly. Use the “Redeem a gift card” button during order confirmation in 'My Nuuly'. Any excess gift balance will be saved to your account and used on your next transaction.

3. For Purchases: You can apply your gift directly towards keepers in your Nuuly. Use the “Redeem a gift card” link during checkout. Any excess gift balance will be saved to your account.

Once you’ve added your gift to My Account, it’ll be automatically used for your next transactions.

Billing date is tomorrow? We’ll pull from your gift card balance first. Want bonus items? Thanks gift card! Buying something from your Nuuly? Of course you are—you’ve got $$ to spend.

TLDR: We’ll take from your gift card balance whenever you make a transaction (until it runs out).

Head to Payments + Receipts in My Account . You’ll see your gift card balance displayed there.

We've decided to bring our gift card program in-house to provide more flexibility and options for Nuulyers.

Instead of being limited to $98 gift cards through Goody, you can now purchase gift cards directly from our website in amounts ranging from $25 to $1,500.

To boot, we’ve also made how you can use your gift card more flexible. Put it toward a Nuuly subscription, bonus items, or purchase something you loved from your Nuuly! TLDR: Nuuly gift cards just got a whole lot better.

Have no fear, Nuuly gift cards from Goody can still be used. However, redemption is a little different than Nuuly gift cards offered today. Instead of selecting “Redeem a Gift Card” at checkout, you’ll select “Add a Promo Code”. Enter your Goody gift card promo code and voilá! Note: Goody gift cards cannot be stacked with other promo codes.
