Visit the Profile section in My Account. There you’ll see your shipping address with an option to edit. Note: if you’ve confirmed your Nuuly and it’s headed to the wrong address, contact us ASAP so we can help.

Visit the Payments + Receipts section of My Account. There you’ll see your card on file. Click edit to update your payment details.

Visit the Profile section in My Account to manage your saved sizes, body stats and review details. You can also update your account info, shipping address + notification settings there.

Head to the Profile section of My Account. Under About Me, you can edit your size preferences.

Go to the Profile section in My Account. In the Notifications section, you can opt in or out of communications with Nuuly.

In general, rewards live in the Referrals + Rewards section in My Account under Rewards.

If you referred a friend, you should have received a promo code in your inbox. Redeem it in the Referrals + Rewards section in My Account. Can’t find it? Contact us .

If you're a new subscriber, enter your promo code at checkout during subscription confirmation for immediate redemption.

If you’re an existing subscriber, tap “I have a promo code” in the $$ off My Nuuly section on the Referrals + Rewards page. Enter your promo code, we’ll validate the details on our end and then you can redeem it during your next billing cycle for $$ off your Nuuly!

Fill your Nuuly as you normally would—your free bonus items will be automatically applied to the counter in My Nuuly when you’re filling your next order.

Love something? Make it yours with $$ off! Copy + paste your unique promo code into the “Add a promo code” field when purchasing an item from My Nuuly. Make sure to tap Apply before confirming so your discount goes through.

FYI: purchase discounts cannot be applied to Vintage items, items less than $20 or items in The Thrift Shop. Keep in mind that items purchased from your Nuuly are final sale and cannot be returned.

Head to the Referrals + Rewards section in My Account. There you’ll see a “View Rewards History” button. Click that and your past rewards will open in a drawer.
