Change Your Clothes
Nuuly was born to help you change your relationship with clothing—wherever you are on your sustainability journey, at whatever pace feels right for you. Small, repeatable actions make an impact, and it’s our responsibility to the planet to make sure that impact is a positive one. This is how we’re working to do that.
Circularity
Nuuly’s fashion ecosystem reduces the waste of one-off purchases and offers secondhand items a new life. For most of us, fashion starts and ends with a new purchase: an item is bought, worn, discarded and a new item is bought. Nuuly shifts fashion from a cycle of buying and discarding to a system that minimizes ownership and maximizes newness. Less cycle, more circular.
Rewearing + Repairing
Rewearing items—through rental—extends the life of clothing.
Rental garments are mended and stains are professionally treated and removed to further extend their lifespan.
Repaired rentals are hand inspected before returning to the shared closet.
Recycling + Upcycling
Damaged rentals are repurposed and remixed via our Re_Nuuly line, reducing clothing waste.
Rental totes are responsibly recycled once no longer in use.
Smart Packaging
Each rental tote replaces approx. 40 cardboard boxes.
Rental totes eliminate the need for poly bags or plastic hangers.
Rental totes are made from post-consumer plastic.

Consciousness
Building our brand consciously means keeping an eye toward the future when deciding what we do today. It means returning on our promise of fashion that’s gentler on the planet. And it starts with practicing good, sustainably-minded processes—from our washing machine to your doorstep.
